This wasn’t just a tour—it felt like being welcomed into someone’s home. Minh, our guide, was soft-spoken and insightful, taking time to answer every question and make sure everyone was comfortable. The combination of boat rides, local workshops, and village visits was so well-balanced. I especially enjoyed the hands-on elements—tasting fresh candy, weaving mats, and riding the tuk-tuk through the countryside. Every person we met was kind and genuine. I left Ben Tre with a heart full of gratitude and a deep appreciation for Vietnam’s rich, living traditions.
I had read about the Mekong Delta before, but this tour made me feel it. The smells, the sounds, the smiling faces along the riverbanks—all of it felt like stepping into a poem. Our guide, Lam, was fantastic. He gave us history, humor, and plenty of local insight. I loved how the tour took us off the beaten path, especially during the Xe Loi ride through the village paths. Coconut candy making was fun and interactive, and the lunch under the trees was one of the best meals I’ve had in Vietnam. A soulful, sensory-filled experience.
