Pick-up08:00 AM, the car driver (no tour guide) will pick you up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and transfer to Ben Tre boat station (about 11:00 AM) where your tour guide will greet and welcome you for embarking the boat.

Traditional brick kilnArrive in Ben Tre, boarding the motor-boat at a pier and cruising on the Mekong River, visit the traditional brick kiln and pottery which is a very old fashion of making the mud brick of Mekong people.

Then, stopping at the local house about coconuts, got to know many things about coconut uses (coconut candy, wine, oil, mat, coco shell), the tour guide will explain about coco candy producing process at the local coconut workshop as well – very kid-friendly. What a wonderful way to spend a day. Duy brought such warmth and local knowledge – we felt less like tourists and more like curious guests. The visit to the coconut house was more interesting than I imagined – especially how nothing is wasted! The hand-rowed boat through the canals was slow, quiet, and beautiful. My husband and I both said it was our favorite moment in Vietnam so far. Deeply recommend this tour.
Este tour nos mostró un Vietnam que no se ve en los blogs. Chris fue un guía excelente: natural, relajado, y con mucha información. Me encantó la visita al horno de ladrillos y el taller del coco – incluso probamos vino de coco. El almuerzo fue abundante y sabroso, servido en un entorno encantador. Remar entre cocoteros fue el broche de oro. ¡100% recomendado!
