I was worried a 1-day tour might be rushed, but it felt just right. Hannah made us feel like guests, not tourists. She answered all our questions with care and patience.
The sampan ride in the canals was almost meditative — quiet, green, still. I also loved seeing the daily lives of the locals, especially the elderly lady weaving mats by hand. The coconut samples were delicious and the garden lunch was such a peaceful break.
Ending in Can Tho meant we didn’t have to rush back to Saigon. Highly recommend for those who want real insight into delta life.
Ein wunderschöner Tag mit vielen Eindrücken! Unser Guide Duy war sympathisch, ruhig und sehr informativ. Schon die Bootsfahrt in Ben Tre war entspannend, aber mein Highlight war das Sampan-Fahren durch die schmalen Kanäle – so friedlich!
Auch der Besuch beim Mattenweben war sehr authentisch. Wir konnten sogar mit den Leuten plaudern (mit ein bisschen Übersetzungshilfe von Duy). Das Mittagessen mit Fisch war köstlich und sehr lokal.
Der Transfer nach Can Tho war bequem. Dieser Tagesausflug war ein echtes Juwel!
