I loved every moment of this trip. The boat rides were relaxing and scenic, and the coconut candy-making demo was fascinating. The small villages felt genuine, and the tuk-tuk ride was a highlight! The home-cooked lunch was fresh and tasty, a great way to sample local flavors. The hand-rowing boat experience was unique and fun. Overall, an unforgettable way to explore the Mekong Delta from Ho Chi Minh City to Can Tho.
Starting early from Ho Chi Minh City, this tour was a fantastic introduction to the Mekong Delta. The traditional brick kiln visit showed me an ancient craft, and the coconut house stop was both educational and tasty with candy samples. Cruising the beautiful coconut canals felt peaceful, and the local mat weaving village gave insight into rural life. The Xe Loi tuk-tuk ride through the countryside was lively and fun. Lunch in a garden setting with elephant ear fish was a delicious treat. The hand-rowing sampan ride afterward was the perfect relaxing finish. The transfer to Can Tho city capped off a wonderful day exploring authentic Mekong culture.
