There’s something peaceful about Ben Tre — a place where time slows down. The small boat ride through the canals was magical, shaded by coconut palms. Lâm explained the local life so beautifully; you could feel how proud he is of his hometown. I loved the brick kiln visit, the smell of clay and fire, and the calm rhythm of village work. The Xe Lôi ride brought us laughter and waves from locals. A truly touching day in the Mekong Delta.
Ben Tre is a hidden gem, truly! The morning started with sunshine and friendly faces. Thomas was such an enthusiastic guide, always smiling and answering every question. The coconut candy workshop was lovely — I could smell caramel and fresh coconut in the air. The women weaving mats were so kind and laughed when we tried helping. The Xe Lôi ride was bumpy but full of joy, and the lunch… wow, elephant ear fish like nowhere else. Obrigada for such a memorable day!
