The tour exceeded all my expectations. Lam was not only an informative guide but also had a great sense of humor which kept us smiling all day. Riding the Xe Loi through the narrow village paths felt like an adventure. The mat weaving stop was particularly touching — such skilled hands and kind people. Cruising along the river with the wind in your hair is something everyone should experience. And sampling the coconut candy straight from the source was a treat. I felt so connected to this part of Vietnam
This wasn’t just a tour — it felt like being invited into someone’s home. Hannah, our guide, was incredibly kind and took the time to answer all of our questions. She connected us to the people we met along the way, from the coconut workshop to the mat weaving village. I was deeply moved by the simplicity and richness of life here. The scenery was stunning, especially from the boat. And lunch? That fish was the best meal I had in Vietnam! I left with a full heart and many memories.
