We absolutely loved this sampan tour! Our guide, Hieu, was amazing—very friendly and full of interesting stories. The boat ride offered a calm, slow-paced journey away from the busy city, and the canals were stunningly beautiful. Floating past traditional houses, waving to locals, and watching children play in the river as the sun set was simply magical. The visit to the old brick kiln added a nice cultural touch, and the fresh tropical fruits served on the boat were the perfect treat. It’s a tour I’d recommend to anyone looking to experience the peaceful side of the Mekong Delta.
The sunset sampan ride was one of the most peaceful and beautiful experiences we had in Vietnam. Our guide, Mai, was so kind and knowledgeable, sharing lovely insights about the Mekong and life along the river. Seeing the Can Tho Bridge from the water was a great start, but the real magic began when we entered the hidden canals. The water was calm, the scenery lush and quiet, and we even saw kids playing and laughing in the river as the sun went down—it was heartwarming. We stopped at a traditional brick kiln, which gave us a glimpse into local craftsmanship, and enjoyed some delicious tropical fruits on the boat. It felt like time slowed down. If you’re looking for something calm and authentic, this tour is a must!
