When people ask me what to see in Mekong today. I tell them view our MekongDelta365.
Nowadays, there are more and more green and responsible tours which are meaningful and educational as well. This is why Can Tho noodle factory is getting popular for both Vietnamese and foreigners to come and explore the cuisine culture and the typical local life in Can Tho, Mekong Delta.
You can read about the Mekong, see videos, even plan routes — but nothing prepares you for the feeling of being on a sampan at dawn, hearing the water splash as a vendor hooks your boat with a noodle bowl.
What blew my mind? The rice noodle factory. I never knew how complex and beautiful that process was.
Chris, our guide, was brilliant — kept it real, gave us space, but also filled the quiet with just the right stories.
I’m glad I said yes to biking. It grounded everything. I left this tour not just with photos, but with perspective.
The wetlands on Day 1 were mesmerizing — the boat gliding silently under the canopy, birds taking off as we approached, and a view from the tower that made me whisper “wow.”
Day 2 was delicious in every sense. Rice noodle pizza, pineapple breakfast, cacao milk… every bite told a story.
What I didn’t expect was how emotional it felt to be in the quiet canals, waving to strangers and getting waves back.
Our guide Duy made everything smooth and personal — not too much, not too little. Just right.
