When people ask me what to see in Mekong today. I tell them view our MekongDelta365.
Nowadays, there are more and more green and responsible tours which are meaningful and educational as well. This is why Can Tho noodle factory is getting popular for both Vietnamese and foreigners to come and explore the cuisine culture and the typical local life in Can Tho, Mekong Delta.
This tour went far beyond what I imagined. Lam was not just a guide, but a storyteller. He explained everything with humor, patience, and a lot of heart. I appreciated how nothing felt commercial or staged. The floating market was busy but authentic—you see how life is lived on water. Later, drifting along the narrow canals without another tourist in sight was almost surreal. The countryside bike ride was peaceful and fun. Seeing kids playing, people working, and nature untouched—it gave me a sense of calm I haven’t felt in years. Thank you, Lam, for such a human experience.
I didn’t expect to feel so connected to a place I had never been before. Our guide, Duy, had a warmth and quiet passion that made every moment meaningful. Watching the river wake up while we floated through the Cai Rang market was like witnessing a disappearing world. The rice noodle workshop was an unexpected highlight—so intimate, so beautifully simple. I loved tasting the rice noodle pizza while chatting with the family. The cacao farm was peaceful and full of stories. And the wetlands—what a gift. This wasn’t just a day tour. It was a memory I’ll keep forever.
